Wide track front axle

Is the axle housing on the wide track axle longer?

Has anyone swapped out the regular dually axle to a wide track one?

everything is different. Inner C's different, ball joints different, shafts, wheel bearings different knuckles different. You could swap it in but you'd also need the different steering box to make advantage of the turning radius. This is all on a 10lug, 450 though. Couldn't tell you about a 350 tow boss or a 11-14 f450 pick up
