Need Crew Cab under seat flat load platform

I have a 2012 crew cab with under seat storage in the rear. I want to replace this with the flat load platform so that we have room for our dogs and a Engle fridge for some planned overland activities.

Anyone have the folding flat load platform they would be willing to sell?
