04 F250 with 140,xxx miles the truck has thrown a p0275 code started smoking white little more than a hazy nothing to bad just enough to worry me and has developed a miss. Everything I read says bad injector but the injectors might have 2,000 miles on them so I'm thinking it's not an injector. It says it's on cylinder 5 contribution/Balance.

Check FICM voltages also.

Even low ICP and/or low fuel pressure can cause a low contribution code.

It would help to have a way to read live engine data (and an add-on fuel pressure gauge). Every 6.0L owner should be equipped with this capability!

Location
The Dirty Glove
could be a injector connector or bad FICM connection as well. If the retaining clips are broken on them they can have a tendency to lose connection intermittently

The ficm is reading 46.50 on idle and driving 47.00-47.50 that is what my SCT is reading. Hopefully I can get the fuel pressure checked today if that's not it is guess I'll see if I can a reading on the injectors. thanks for the response guys
