I recently ordered a WW2 and was wondering if you could use the Wastegate Controler in conjunction with it or would you see any difference?

The TM makes a huge difference in mid range whether you have a WW or a stock wheel.

just but what do you recomend setting the boost at with your tm and the new ww on a stock 2000 7.3 turbo? im trying to find a good place to set it so i dont overspeed it and destroy it. right now i have it set up so it holds boost at 30 psi.

30 PSI is a good place to have the TurboMaster set with your setup. The stock turbo will comfortably handle up to 35 PSI because of the reduction in drive pressure by the WW2, but there's no point on setting it there if you aren't making that much boost.
