Default Injection Quantity-Accelerater Pedal Map

Does anyone know what the accelerator pedal map does that is in the Injection Quantity section? the units are percent... percent what?

Is there any benefit to increasing the upper cells? It seams a little redundant as the actual accel pedal map gives the commanded torque.

Yes. I usually raise mine to 100% and make it a smooth transition. Then also change the acc to torque map the same way
