Runs rough, drives weird

I have a 2004 f250 SCLB with 201k. Recently had the HPOP serviced and new seals due to a leak. Got the truck back and drove perfectly for 25 miles then died at a red light, acted like it didn't want to shift out of first then died completely. Had alternator tested, new batteries and starter, finally got it running but idles alittle funny until warm(normal I know). Drive it around the block and it started to act up again ( not shifting out of first at 1100 Rpms) had to push it up to 1600 Roma to get it to about 5-10 mph to get it back to the house. Not sure what is going on. Starts right up but smells like gasoline under fuel cap and shakes badly at idle (675-750 rpms). Now I scanned it with my tuner and it doesn't show any codes. What should be my next step????

if it smells like gasoline .. first step should be to drain the tank and pull and clean your entire fuel system. assuming you can confirm it actually is gasoline.
