Ok what's the story here?

I removed a dessicant sac and am being given some filter cartridge that doesn't fit the original condenser.

they updated the receiver dryer sometime around 2013-2014 requiring the replacement of the whole condenser... there was an SSM about it at the time but i cant seem to find it now

Just went through the same **** on my 11 after the A/C compressor bearing locked up. I figured I should just do a rebuild as I have had a slow leak that still does not show any dye. Every aftermarket sack does not fit. I even tried a Ford OE and it did not fit. Ended up just replacing the condenser.

This was off that truck. It was bad dude. The belt rode off the pillows for a long time and actually ate through the tensioner and then when it broke it took out the fan too.

mine was not that bad as I caught it in time. Sounded like an old school roller skate wheel. When I got the belt off I could not turn the pulley by hand.
