Here they are, all i did was cut the 2.5'' reducer section off the stock ic pipe, then cut the ic pipe a little bit up in a straight section and added i think 3'' to it and just rotated the elbow part to meet up with the comp housing outlet.

Once i did that i cut a piece of 3'' pipe about 1/4'' thick and welded it to the very end of the pipe for something to stop the boot from sliding off under boost. After i did this i blew up the stock intercooler since it couldnt push this boot off anymore lol

Stock turbo? How's the smoke with the 190's?


2005 F250 6.0 powerstroke, 6 speed manual, egr delete, arp head studs, new oil cooler, aftermarket coolant filter, custom intake, 4" down pipe into dual 6" stacks, 8" lift, TSD super panty dropper tune.

It was smokey down low but manageable on the street tune. I have a billet 66mm vgt on it now and its a lot more street friendly.
