Does anyone know for sure if new v-codes have a negative, positive or neutral arch to them. My springs look like they have a slight negative arch to them but need to get the front axle up on stands where its level so I can verify this. I have searched and have not come up with any real definitive answers yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe ANY are supposed to have negative arch. The only ones I've ever seen that did were worn/old and usually with too much of a lift/level kit.

My U-codes were flat.... but they were very, very worn.

Thanks man. They look like they are flat (neutral). I would assume that my truck is a little bit heavier up front since it is a Super Duty which might explain the slight negative arch I have. Are your springs fairly new?
