I'm trying to install Fox shocks on my 2008 F250. The metal part of the lower bushing it too long to fit into the bracket. Has anyone else had this issue?

Also, one of the shocks came without the top nut. Anyone know where I can get one to get my truck up quickly?

As much as those things cost there shud be no probs.....tap the bushing insert out, grind, re-install. The bushing end with out the insert does fit, right? The nut shud be a common size, use other one to go find one, at the hardware joint. Looks like a nylock from the pic. Take nut, find bolt that fits, get that size nut, or take shock, find nut.

Call FOX for the correct washers but you can probably get something to get by with from TSC or Fastenal. The lower brackets are always pinched together do to people using an impact to tighten the nut, the factory even does it.
