Default Water Pump MFG track record?

Im getting the final parts together to install my new engine. Hoping to gather some info on what water pump manufacturers have been standing up to the test of time. I'm running the T444e cast iron water pump with built in filter mount. Even if your experience was with some other engine the brand tracking might be helpful. Here are the mfg I have found, price and best info on country of MFG:
Motorcraft $285 and up. China. Yep, that WAS the obvious choice but read it on the box......Fits F650's with the 7.3
Alliant Power $276 and up. Hard to pin down, might be US made or assembled in US with Mexico casting.
Airtex $195 and up Globally sourced
GMB $??? Japan, Korea, Thai, China
Gates China. Heard bad things NO
Haldex No info yet, HD and MD truck parts supplier. Rebox?
Tramec Sloan Same
US Motorworks Is this a rebox?
Leaning toward the Alliant Power.
Thoughts?

Default Water Pump MFG track record?

I use the one from dieselsite with the built in filter mount.
No issues with it, I think it was a motorcaft part?
Not sure
I think there is still a sticky about it somewhere here.

Yes the diesel site pump is an international pump. Ready to drop in and the radiator hose makes for a perfect fit. If you go with an international pump from an international dealer there's a tiny bit of grinding that needs to be done.

Autozone/duralast (limited lifetime warranty) paid $169? (in 2009)
Failed on saturday, 1/2 mile from home, 11 years and 80kish miles.

Replacing hoses, fan clutch, thermostat, full cooling system flush and inspecting the degas bottle.

A air hammer works wonders.

Good thing I was not drinking coffee when I read that. I laughed out loud.

Air hammer is in the barn with the big compressor.... And my big vice is in the storage container with the disassembled workbench.

I quit once I got to that point last night. After work today I get to pressure wash the front of the engine, Lots of oil and sludge on there, and hopefully find that pesky oil leak.

I had to pull the battery, air intake, battery/intake box, power steering pump/bracket to get the fan/water pump assembly out. That was when I was cussing. Destroying the clutch and shaft with the grinder/cutoff tool was not bad.
