suncoast competition 4r100 3d tq converter questions

I purchased a competition 4r100 from suncoast with everything but a billet outsput shaft my question is when i got the torque converter its got a sheet with an orifice plug it describes that you have to drill out of the tq valve assemble, does anyone know if suncoast would have already done that?

I would hope for the cost of those trans everything would be done LOL I would just give them a call tomorrow and ask.

I am running a BTS so I can not be of much help.
