Best bet would be to purchase some rock lights and hook up to outfitter switch.

How do they not make them, when the trucks have them?

My point exactly!! I've called all Ford dealerships around me and they don't have for the 250 just for the 150.... I'm not one to hack on wires in a new truck
To make it work

That eBay link is for just the lights.... not the wiring kit, which should be plug and play like the f150

From doing some reading you need some programming to make them work too either at ford or via forscan. Might be easier to go aftermarket and use an upfitter
