Good call. Beautiful color by the way. Don’t see many of them.

Lowering is not weird... i lowered my 4wd lol. I think Dennis at strictlyDiesel still has his old parts to lower a 2wd.

Got my billet grilles installed this last weekend as well as my new turbos from RCD.

Swapping the tan Lariat seats for a set of King Ranch ones this weekend.

Paint to match door handles, do something with the headlights and mirror lights, and get rid of the 4wd stickers on the back fenders. Then should have the exterior complete.

Haven't added anything to it, but gave it a much needed bath today. Tired of the damn salt and grime on the roads. The frame and underneath had about 2 inches of a slurry mix of salt, ice and nasty slush frozen to it lol. Wonder much weight it lost after I sprayed all that off of it lol.

Will do... trying to paint these. I know chrome is not ideal.
Here is the process I was going to try.
1. Sand ..scuff chrome well.
2. 2 part epoxy primer.
3 paint many many coats.
4 2k clear coat 4 to 5 coats...
I know it's not ideal wanted but I wanted to power coat but no one around were I live offers the colors I want ...
What do y'all think..

What rims are they?

I'd hate to see you ruin a perfectly good set of chrome wheels. You may not like Chrome but others do.

You'd be better off selling the wheels as is then buying a set of black ones and painting those.

^what he said. I had a set of fuel throttles on my last truck that got ruined in deep mud. I had my local painter scuff the flat black and paint the outer lip and bead true blue metallic to match the truck and it came out awesome. He said the hardest part is masking off and keeping a perfect circle.

This is probably a useless picture but it's all I have of that truck after painting the wheels.
