2011 hood on 2000 cowl panel? No cowl now.

Whats up everybody? New member. I bought a 2000 7.3 with 137k on it. Guy had gotten a 2011 exterior and interior swap 80% of the way before child number 3 coming ended that fun for him. Great for me. Paid $8500.

Im finishing truck and rebuilt entire steering and front end. One cosmetic Im not sure of is the windshield cowl. Its a 2011 hood and will 2000 cowl fit? How can newer panel fit for wiper arms? Which one do I use? Thanks.
