So I see that some kits come with 2 plates and some come with 4. I will have to return to stock for inspection, so my question is there any benefit to running the 4 other than taking the other pipe out of the engine bay? If not I figure just run the 2 so less stuff to have to changeover.

I don't think there is any benefit, but it only takes 5 min more maybe, looks way cleaner, and it is way easier to get to the manifold bolts, which are the ones that sometimes snap off, with the pipe to the intake removed. I was wondering the same thing before I did mine and am happy I ended up going with the nl 4 plates, nice product. Make sure to soak those bolts as much as possible for a week or more before hand thou with kroil or something similar.
