Constant Regen

My truck has about 4000 miles on it right now. The first 2000 miles were mostly city and I would get alot of regenerations that never completed until I could get on the highway and let it finish. The second 2000 miles were on a road trip from Minnesota to Florida. I think in that trip i only saw it regen once. Now that im back in Florida, everytime I get in the truck, it goes into regen, and when I say everytime, I really mean it.

Anyone think there could be a problem? Bad sensor? clogged filter? Etc?

I would think a sensor is bad. Like the DPF pressure sensor on the 6.4s would cause a continual regen. Id start there.

Just take it to the dealer, you've got warranty right?

Yeah truck is all stock except an S&B intake and a MBRP filter back. I know people at the dealer so shouldnt be a problem.

I noticed my regen coming on waaay more often than the first 10,000 miles. I'm at like 12k now, and its come on twice this week.

I did spend more time in stop and go traffic this week, not any 20-30 min highway drives. I think the light is coming on, but unlike the 09/10's that stayed on all the time, I think its coming on, the regen isn't getting done during the drive, and it comes on again later.
