2012 chassis truck turbo

I had to replace the turbo when the other blew. Replaced with another stock turbo. Now its developed a noise when i left off the throttle like a roaring noise. Gaining speed it sounds normal but soon as i left off it starts. Also when i tow in haul mode and downshift it gets worse and im seeing up to 10 pounds of boost going dowhill off throttle. Any ideas?

Depending on what part number the truck had originally, there may be a calibration change required with the later turbos.
