2012 f250 new to the forum looking for some advice

Im looking to upgrade my turbo Id like for the truck to run a little better then it does now and not a fan of all the sighing noises this factory turbo makes this is my first powerstroke so take it easy on me. Its dereeted with tyrant street tune on a x4 and a s and b intake atm all information is appreciated.

forgot to add im in southern wv if you know any shops around or any of you guys are around that area. as far as I know rudys is they closest shop.

I just installed a 17 turbo and HPFP on my 13'. Truck runs amazing and smokeless. Even sounds quite a bit different than it did with the 13 turbo. I'm also running tyrant tunes.

if you dont mind me asking about what did all that cost?
