I am seriously contemplating getting a new powerstroke (2019). I would fully ****** the truck. Cold air, 5” straight pipe and tune. It will be my daily driver, I will tow my mustang too races and tow my camper once in a blue moon.

Who has the best tunes for these trucks?
What kind of power do they make on big tune?
What kind of power do these trucks handle stock?

For guys in here with new trucks stock or modded let me know how you like it?

I drive a studded ******d tuned 6.0 now but we need a true 4 door. The truck runs amazing but 2 huge Rottweilers don’t fit in an extended cab truck lol.

Lots of good tuners out there. Never gonna hurt one of these trucks tune only.

Even stock, though they are way nice. The new cab alone would be worth the upgrade for anyone looking for a bit more room. Plus the Massage Seats are awesome.

mines stock not ******d yet 2018 f350 bought it in april and it's at 11,000 miles already and I drive my 6.0 3 days a week too. being an 18 single cab even with the 35's it runs real good, I have a stealth module on it, and i'd say it works just as advertised, I dynoed it twice and it seems to be putting all of the power to ground just like they claim 428/814 followed by a 426/836 run i'd say these new 18's run good! it's been on the truck for 10,000 miles now too!

Nice! So that would be a pretty mild tune? How does it compare powersie to your 6.0?

The 6.7 is smoother power, the 6.0 is only in a 100hp street tune but it’s very aggressiv, honestly they are probably about the same hp since the 6.0 is on 265/75r17 which is a very small tire compared to the 35’s

I picked up a 2019 F-350 last week. I love it and am shocked how good it runs stock. I’ll drive it for awhile before I mod up.

Did a tyrant tune, NL intake , exhaust, and h&s cold side pipe yesterday. Coming from modded 6.0/7.3 world, it's like cheating how easy it is to make extra power on these trucks. You will be a happy camper if you go with your original plan

I appreciate all the nice comments. Quick question I am about to pull our 30ft camper my guess it weighs between 8500-10k. Do I need to use the tow/haul button? I’ll be honest I don’t know **** about this new truck yet lol.

City driving I’d use it. It just changes the shift points to keep you in the power better and it’ll probably use the engine brake more effectively. Highway you can turn it off and lock out 6th if you feel it necessary.

I guess camper is only 6200lbs. My race car and trailer is 5000lbs, would you guys use it for those amounts of weight?

It’s all up to how you like it. Doesn’t matter for the truck

I use my exhaust brake all the time even when empty, helps slow things up nice. Tow haul definitely utilizes the exhaust break better towing or empty.

Past that, fill it with diesel and stomp on it. Let the tranny shift to what ever gear it wants.
