Need Some HELP

need some help. put a new long block in 6.4 powerstroke with all new injectors. started and drove to other side of shop, ran fine, realized we forgot the plugs in the back of the heads for fuel, got plugs put in and now no start, gurgling in the tank, if and when it does start it runs for 10 seconds and turns off, like you shut the key off, where would be a good place to start?
we have 6 psi at the shrader valve also

are there bubbles if you open the valve with the key on and the frame pump running?

yeah frame pump is running, getting bubbles in full bowl and bubbles out of shrader valve

crack the banjo on the fuel cooler and bleed it. likely air lock
