Excursion 7.3 Low Power under Load HPOP?

I am lacking power and stalling in my 2000 excursion 7.3 power stroke. It also takes a long time to build power at every stop.

I have already replaced the icp, ipr and dropped and cleaned out the fuel tank and pickup screens in the gas tank.

Next is replacing the hpop (high pressure oil pump). But that is expensive so hoping this video will confirm that path or a different one before I spend the money.

Need to get a code reader hooked up to it. See what the PCM sees. Stop just throwing parts and money at it.

What is the middle gauge on the bottom row supposed to be?

Looks like you have a high pressure leak of some sorts or a bad pump. I would pressure test each head for a leak before I replaced the pump.

The middle gauge is the IPR duty. Although I am confused on how it goes above 100%.
