What's the longest you guys have waited for your custom tunes through *******?

I've been waiting almost 3 weeks now to get my custom tunes, I know they are super busy over there just kinda wandering if mine were taking extra long or if everyone waits this long.

Call them. I had some issues where my emails were not going throu to the sales email. Once i called and talked to them and was told they had not heard from me yet they told me to try a different email, tech i think and i had my tunes that day. I waited a week to call and talk to them thou cause i thought they were just super busy and didn't want to hassel anyone. Wish i would have called earlier, they were super helpful and got me squared away. Tunes are running great too, shifting is spot on.
