Torque to fuel

Ok, have a question, I upgraded my SD card on my H&S last night and i was comparing some tunes and ran across one I did not recognize. It has the same pulse width but the torque to fuel is a lot higher up top. The confusing part is it has EOM 0,1,2,3,4 changed but 1-4 deal with regen AND several diagnostic codes have been disabled which leads me to believe it is for *** off. If so why adjust 1-4? Can someone look at this tune and see if it is for an intact system or if it is for a deleeeeted one
