Contact BulletProof Diesel. They sell heads with hardened valve seats. I wouldn't trust anyone's take-off's. Just my two cents...

you can get new heads from ford if you wanted or needed to go that route.

Good luck we jus had to buy some for my dads early 04 and liked to never found any. It took us two weeks but we finally found some from some head shop out of Atlanta.

I bought a set from cylinder heads international, they came flat and ready to go... I took them to a machine shop to confirm. they also have a 12 month warranty. the cost 1100 for the pair shipped.
