Turbo blanket

So any body run a turbine blanket for a good reason?

I'm guessing it has similar affects as the black ceramic coated ones ?

It does a great job at reducing radiant heat off the huge heat sink right behind the intake elbow that has air running through it the intercooler has just worked so hard to cool. Makes sense to me.

I have looked at them, I would like o get a black one for my 38r but all the ones I have found to be a decent price don't fit
