Low 400s is pretty common with supporting mods. One of the best setups I had on a 7.3 was stage II sticks from Full Force.

So stg. 1 , 160/stock nozzle good for 350 ?

Or what about stock split shot 140/ 80% nozzles ?

Stage 1's are good for around 350 RWHP. In no way shape of form should you consider a split shot with a nozzle, they will be a smokey inefficient pig. LOL

I miss read an add,

These were single shot 140cc/80% nozzles ? HP possibility
Basically converted a split to a single ?

stage 2's aint gonna make 500 anyway. but as a matter of fact it will support 500 horse. regulated return is highly recommended but you don't need an upgraded pump or lines
