Turbo impeller chewed up

So my turbo went out and I'm swapping it for a spe Emporer. Well upon removing the turbo I noticed the impeller is chewed up. I'm kind of worried now that those particles may have got in the motor. What is my next step now?

Pull and clean intercooler if you’re that worried about it. Highly doubt it’ll do any damage either way
