Default OBS white smoke issue

I have a customer here that brought in a 1997 F250, crew cab shortbox (rare truck), the truck hasn't ran since 2005. I got it running, it pours an insane amount of white smoke. Once it's warm it will idle clear, but won't rev past 1800-2000 and pour a crazy amount of smoke once you get that high in the RPMs. Any thoughts?

I drained the tanks and got some new fuel in there, changed the fuel filter.

Need to see what the high pressure oil is also.

Builds ICP good, holds 2k+ no prob. What info are you looking for in particular

Check turbo. If you go under VCs pull compression. Then continue with injector and/or Oring failure.

What do you mean by check turbo? Just shaft play? That's kind of what I think the problem is in the upper rpm but when coldish she smokes white that would block out intersections. Runs smooth as can be though

Shaft play and take the DP loose to check for oil.

I'd throw a new fuel pump on and service everything .. it could be dead.
