Mirror lights help!!

Well, I'm trying to get the kinks worked out with my truck after getting it back and I have one little issue that really bothers me. The mirror running lights do not work at all. Neither prong gets power on either side, drivers or passengers. But, both side blinkers work. I've changed from aftermarket to oem mirrors and all. I can't seem to find out why the running light sockets won't get power. I've checked all the fuses and they seem good. Any help would be awesome.

Do your mirror adjustments work? I ask because I recently bought a 2010 and the running lights and mirror adjustments don't work but the blinkers do. I've checked all my fuses and relays, all look good.

My mirror adjustments work. I know there's a fuse for the mirror adjustments. It's a 7.5 amp I forget what number tho.
