Stick a volt meter on the big stud on the alternator. Have somebody crank the engine, look at volt meter while cranking. Tell us what the voltage reading is.

You have to hook up a scanner that can read the sensor values and monitor the ICP or injection control pressure. It has to see 500 psi when cranking to fire injectors. You could pull the hex plug off the top of the reservoir just to be sure oil is getting to the HP pump you should be able to see it not too far from the top.
Also make sure the engine oil level is good that would cause it not to start as well.
Is the tach moving up a few hundred rpms when cranking?

If you aren't getting white smoke your injectors either aren't getting oil to them or they are bypassing all the oil that is getting to them.
