led dome light bulbs

hey guys who all has changed out your interior dome lights to led. I have a 13 f250 with a sunroof and im need/wanting more light in the cab. Thanks

I got mine from auto zone . Plug and play , nice and bright .

I changed to red LEDs. So they aren't super bright but nice to have for at night.

I just changed them all on my truck...went with all white...really cleaned it up, and puts out more light...,also got some green ones just for the fun, but didn't put out near enough light for my taste....

does any one by chance know how many lights i need for a 13? Id go check myself but its -1 out today lol

I got some retro bulbs but wouldn't again. Superbrightled is where I'll go if I need them again. It's 5 bulbs inside, two map in the front and rear and the center bulb. Be careful because my rear map lights were different than the others.

i forgot to mention mine are from superbright. google for your bulb numbers or check the truck owners manual. i want to find red for the doors now. the white in the doors just ruins the whole red thing. However mine are still working great for $18 and its been a couple months now. don't go cheap on them. my buddy bought cheap ones and his main center light stays on all the time very dimly in the front and back.

The ones I got from superbright glow very dim, and I did blue on the centers and white on the sides. Blue is just the right brightness and the whites are crisp and super bright when I turn them on.

For a 13 Crew Cab with sunroof you need 2 194 Style Bulbs. And 3 Festoons in the back.

yes are you right. I pulled my covers off and ordered my leds. I ordered mine from ijdmtoy.com

My led dome lights from superbrightleds had a slight glow aka mood lighting at all times. I simply took a resistor and wrapped it around the terminals with the led and all is good.

I got my light bulbs in yesterday

What size resistor? Electricity is not my forte.
