1996 f250 super duty turbo quetstion

Hello everyone, I'm obviously new at this. My research on my own has left me really confused. My 1996 f250 seems to be strapped with the garrett gtp38 turbo. A/r 1.10 and 1.15. Is this stock for my vehicle? I see that it seems to be stock for early 99 7.3l, does that change my up pipes and etc for upgrades?

I believe the up pipes change from 1998 and later to early 99
