Rear cargo light

My 2010 Lariat rear cargo light stays on for 10-20 minutes when I shut my truck off n get out. My interior light doesn't come on at all. I'm guessing this has been shut off thru a sequence. I don't have the owners manual. Is there any way to adjust the timing for the rear cargo light? Or should I just pull the bulbs.
