Help troubleshooting noise.

After replacing my radiator I am now having an intermittent clicking noise, almost sounds metallic. Anyone have any ideas? I can't really hear the sound inside the cab, only from the outside. The motor was just rebuilt about 1500 miles ago. The new radiator is a Mishimoto.
