96 no start

Buddy of mine changed brake booster on his 96 and now it won't start. Changed pcm last night now he is getting fuel and white smoke out the exhaust but still no start. I'm going to take me ae over in a little while. Anyone got any ideas? He also changed cps and icp sensor.

It could be He had the door open too long .. Are the batteries up to it ?

If its getting smoke , it is getting fuel ..

I agree time to back up and stop throwing parts at it. Batteries was fantastic suggestion just because it will turn over does not mean it will not start if they are low. Also think about electrical connectors where he was working.

I'm guessing low ICP. Put a charger on it. If that doesn't work..disconnect GP's and hit it with ether.

Got the batteries charged back up and pcm changed. Cranked on it a while and finally got it started.
