Squealing Pulley

Is there some kind of cheap fix to stop a squealing pulley? It comes and goes. When I push the throttle more it goes away, more prevalent at idle or slight acceleration. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If your belt is original, may be time for a new one.

Tensioner still working and true to the other pulleys?

I know you said "cheap fix", but I had this problem for a while and new belt didn't fix it. So tensioner assembly came next and now it's fixed.

The cheap fix is to replace that pulley before you need a tow

Ok so did some fiddle around again and figured its not a pulley or tensioner. Could the turbo make a squeal other than the whine noise? it only starts when i shift to drive. I also realized i may have a inter cooler boot that's leaking. Any comments ideas??
