I vote forget even worrying about mpg and just enjoy it. These aren't Honda civics.

My problem is I work 600miles from home(At least twice a month) and only really need the truck at work. I have no safe place to keep the truck or I would keep it at work and drive a civic back and forth. Hence my dilemma. And the more I save the more goes in my pocket.

Tried to upload a screen shot of Fuelly/Gas Cubby/Whatever they're calling themselves this week, but the new icrap file extension is wrong. 14.8 mpg overall average for 23k including towing. It goes up to about 15.2 overall if towing is removed. Jenny Craiged at 5k and was 13.9 to that point. Best highway has been 17.8 with a couple more in the 17 range. It's strange now. Best I've done on the highway lately is 16.8 and it's getting better in town than before. Hell if I know. It went up post weight loss, and is a LOT more fun to drive.

Do like me and get a great paying job where they give you a work truck with a 100gal drag tank in the bed...

Just did a 120 mile drive this evening. First fill up since tune, about 300 miles tuned so far.

All stock, 3.55's, WarhammerX, second notch on SOTF, 50% at 80, mostly flat land, 50% at 60 (cruise control) in the hills. Averaged 20.2.

Not too bad..!. however. 120 miles isn't much of a data compilation. Average about 3 tanks then give a report.

I agree, I need more tanks of fuel to average. I was just adding in a cliffnote since I had just got home. With no intention to muddy the thread.

Still good info. 62mph seems to be the sweet spot on the 15-16. But who drives that slow? Lol
