Low rpm issue

So my 96 7.3 has 300k miles and is basically all original. I was having low rpm misses and rpm fluctuation. Replaced fuel pump, cps, vlv cover gaskets, pigtails, under vlv cover harness, glow plugs, gp relay, ebps and tube, cps, and now full force 250/100 injectors.

My issues are a weird miss and shakes at 600rpm idle (normal) and high idle (1100rpm) anything about 1500 rpm and the truck smooths out and acts normal. Also randomly while stopped the truck will Smith out for a very short period and act 100% normal... Then go back to the miss and shaking again.

It did this before and now after the new injectors... So that's a kick in the balls. I have a brand new swamps idm coming this week. Is there anything else that I should check.

As you can tell by that attached picture there's no way 7 new full force injectors are bad... So wtf could be going on? Blow by is almost none also

So truck is running better with new idm, and icp... but same freaking issue. Truck idle fluctuates between 652-702rpm. It's almost like the a.c. compressor is kicking in and out.... High idle is a little better (not as drastic) but you can literally feel and see the shaking going on...

I had the same issue. IPR wiring(connector) to fix the idle fluctuations but as far as the miss I’m still working on it. Had one cylinder 50 pounds less than the rest after a compression test

Talked to a couple different shops and a few people running bigger hybrids. Kinda say nature of the beast. I'm not one to usually wait til it breaks to fix it... but the truck runs beautifully and never dies... just has a heart beat at idle lol
