Between the billet and cast 66. Do you know how big the horsepower difference between the two or is the billet 66 just for faster spool up? Sorry if this was asked before.

Billet 66 is quicker to spool and flows a little more air. It will make more hp. How much will depend on your setup.

Isnt billet known to spool slower since it is heavier than cast?

it depends on whose wheel, but even the heaviest billet 6 blade I've seen weighed still came in right at the same weight as the OEM 7 blade cast.
