2015+ turbo upgrade questions

So I have my old 2011 turbo out and ready to go with the new one. Dumb question, where does the little black oil filter go? I assume the pedestal, but feed or return, between pedestal and turbo or inserted in the bottom. Any help would be appreciated.

Goes into bottom of pedestal. Here is an image to help you out. GLW install.
