Plastic square plug for if transmission

Hey all, what is this rectangular soft rubber "plug " at the front of the transmission. Immediately behind the oil pan. Mine seems to be leaking oil.

That is just a plug that keeps **** outta the flexplate/converter area. If you pull it you can access the torque converter nuts. It is not the source of your leak, just soaking ul whatever oil is leaking...

Thank you! It had a bed plate done at 75oookm but has always had a bid of a dribble. Nothing ever left on the ground. 310 000km on it now.
