Bad valve seals

All the valve seals ive seen for the 6.4 look like this:
Mines a Victor reinz version of that apparently ford just came out with a new version. What would cause that many of them to pop off the steel cup the viton and rings are still together but at the top of the valve against the spring retainers. Has anyone else had this happen.
