Rear window won't work... HELP

Never taken the rear door panels off so can someone she'd some light on how to do that and repair the right rear window that won't go up or down anymore

Rear panels come off same as fronts. Go to Napa and pick up a door panel fastener removal tool, take the panel off and use a test light to check your wires. If your wires are good and you can't hear your motor running it needs to be replaced. Easy job.

Is there a common place where the wire harness fails? Seems that OBS crew cab rear windows failing is a common thing, but it doesn't' seem to be the motors. I know my right rear window wouldn't roll up once at the beach and nothing I tried worked. Then later that day it just rolled up no problem - so I unplugged it so that it wouldn't get stuck down again.

Im almost positive it's the motor because it stasted getting weak and then eventually just stopped

It can also be crud gumming up the track. If you send 12v to the motor, reversing polarity, the motor should work both up and down.
