Drum brake part

Swapping an axle in my truck and completely redoing the brakes before hand, on the parking brake arm behind the bolt and washer there is a spring one side seems fine but other is stretched and won't stay behind washer. Anyone know what the part number or if it's needed haven't seen it in any parts diagrams I found so far.

I beleive it is only sold as a parking brake lever assembly.
