LE Oils and Maintenance Schedules

Anyone have a list of which LE oils/fluids should be used in our 6.4's/5r110's/transfercase and differentials?

What change intervals are people using? Ford heavy use maintenance seems decent but am open to suggestions.

8854 in the engine and 1150 in the trans and transfer case.

Then do oil samples every 5k to see when you need to be changing oil. Oh and don't skip out on the full torque fuel treatment!
