Seems to be some big variances between trucks and injectors. Some guys with 190s are making 600 and other guys are making 475. Post up your mods, turbo, who's injectors, and what you've laid down for dyno #s. Please keep this thread clean, should make for good discussion on combos that are working for guys and what's not. That 550hp # is getting thrown around lots for guys with a powermax and 190s. Who's actually dyno'd that and have track times to back up that kind of power

The last thread I started, I helped in mucking it up, let please keep this one to good info. Thanks

Also anyone else been disappointed in there track times or dyno #s

Also, if it doesn't say in your sig, it'd help to know the truck configuration too guys, 4x4 or 2x4, auto/manual, cab size, bed size...

I dynoed at PHP yesterday and my numbers where 451/999 w/ TSD tunes, EGR delete, 4" straight pipe, 6.4L banjo's, S&B CAI, blue spring, ARP's, etc. etc. My truck is an 06' extended cab long bed XL model 4x4. The horsepower numbers seem about right for my 1/4 times, but the torque numbers seem high. I expected around 800-820lbs-ft, but my torque was consistent throughout 4 runs between 980-999. There were two other 6.0L trucks that hit 452/887 and 454/981, both ccsb. We did four pulls on each truck, two before and two after FICM tuning.

Crappy picture of the dyno sheet, but I can't get my scanner to work.

yea :whs: would like to know. 450 is reasonable though IMO since guys were claiming 440 something with IDP's tunes and then if you throw on a FICM tune I could see the bump to 450. I would definitely say the torque numbers seem high to me. It would just be nice to know the 1/4mi ET/Trap speed if you have it. What type of dyno??

Sounds right enough to me. That's sweet man with the TSD tune. I presume it is the SPD w/early lock up?

So what can you expect from exhuast intake tuner? I'm seeing numbers all over the place I'm wanting 450hp but I can't decided what the best setup will be

You are correct sir, Super Panties with early lock up. I'm very happy with my truck. It was very consistent throughout all 4 runs with the exception of the slight power gains achieved through the FICM tuning. Kinda look like Cummin's numbers. I'll take em'. Everyone pushed me to run again and try for 1000lbs-ft+, but I quit while I was ahead. I was happy with the numbers and nothing got broke so it was a good day.

Just for comparison, another truck did 454hp on Matt's SRL++, but didn't get the torque numbers I did. We were the top hp and torque numbers for the day as far as 6.0L's go.

450 is achievable with a big custom SCT tune, Intake, exhaust, blue spring, 6.4L banjo's and a FICM tune. The tunes that are being put out by companies like TSD, Quick Tricks, IDP and Gearhead are constantly getting better. If you can work with your tuner to tweak things here and there its amazing the gains you can net.
