fast forward to around 2:00 minute mark. they used some sort of rubber material for it.
That's an excellent idea. Thanks for sharing.

It may be cheating but it can make the workout more intense since you won't be spending so much time trying to get your damn fingers/hands under the tire. Its event tougher when you are doing it in the winter on frozen ground. Summer time when some grass with loft is available and the dirt is soft then its a non issue for me.

Default Who Tire flips?

I flipped a bias ply tire from a Case 921 loader. I don't remember the size of the tire. But it stands close to 6ft tall and 2 and a half feet wide.

That was my whole thought. Just need to get the tips of your fingers under it and you're good.

On this worn out tire its a little bit hard if you catch it just right then you are fumbling to find a spot to get just your finger tips under. That's usually all that you are able to get under there anyway most of the time unless in soft turf. Trust me, I am not the kind of person to shy away from extra grip strength/forearm training. You could screw thin pieces of wood into the tread so that you have just enough area to get your finger tips under it every time and still keep your rhythm yet still work on the forearm strength.

Hey just saw this thread. I know it's an old one, but just wondering anyone still hit'n the tire work outs over here. We do these works out's quite a bit. It's an agonizing, but kicking work out. Beats the gym anytime..
