Default compounding a kc stage 3??

has anyone compounded a kc stage 3 turbo before? will this work or does the turbo not respond well to the extra flow?
i have never seen it done yet so there's probably a reason.

It should work excellent. My original plan was an s480 over a kc stage 3 with 330/150s. I decided against it due to lack of funds to put rods in.

that's my thoughts but also i dont got no money
too bad money doesn't grow on trees
i may just build it and tune it down and drive carefully until i got more dough

Yeahhhhhhhh, about that tuning down and not driving like a jackass.... My experience is, it doesnt work.. Only thing between you and 1000 hp is 10 minutes with a tuner, i know i dont have that much self control.

i wouldn't have thought that a stage 3 and a s480 would make 1000hp, would it not be more like 850?
could be wrong

Ive got a stage 2 and a 476, 250/100s. Track time/mph are putting me at around 780. It can take more fuel too. About 200ft my exhaust is clean. Ran 11.75 and 114.75 at 7660 lbs. 330/150, stage 3 and a 480 i would reckon would be damn close to 1000...

Oh, that was on xtreme street as well. Didnt want a race tune due to stock rods, and the water/meth is not installed as i lost my reservoir (washer tank) adding the 476... So this setup probably has another 30 horse in it, just with timing changes on a race tune..

ya, would definitely be near 1000hp, a badazz rig at that!
i may save that for my RCLB
so many options!
