You also probably have the 2 t-30 bolts loose on the back of your column that holds your shifter cable. If you look up under the dash they face towards the firewall where the steering shaft bolts on. You also can adjust that little red pointer.

Thanks. I have checked...double and even triple checked the linkage at the tranny and my alignment marks line up perfectly. I'll look for those bolts when I get a chance.
